I don't know if any of my pairings are especially rare - well, maybe Drusilla/Illyria - but you didn't list them in the poll, so I wrote them in. Angel/Lindsey and Giles/Ethan are two of my favorite pairings, but I wouldn't really consider them "rare". And I didn't have space to add Giles/Anya, or Spike/Anya, so consider them added. I also like post-series adult Dawn/Spike and post-series adult Dawn/Xander. And Angel/Doyle, Xander/Larry, Xander/Riley, Jonathan/Andrew and Spike/Wesley.

Well I guess I Just listed the ones who have main comms and archives for the ship, then I have found that the Lindsey pairings are not as popular as I thought they would be. But Giles/Ethan is a big one.

Well being Spangel, and fanged four myself, I think they are canon. This is from dialogue from AtS Season 5, and comments from Joss. But it can be a bit of a debate, with strong feelings from either side.

Ok, I understand that. We haven’t actually seen them being intimate on screen and I can see why someone might choose to ignore the interviews.

And I guess Spike’s line to Illyria can be interpreted in different way
(I personally think he means that him and Angel had being intimate as souled vampires once, because really I can’t imagine those two back in the day not going at it daily! The way he says the line and with Illyria’s previous line, it seems to me that he’s talking about Angel not Angelus).

On the other hand about the girls, Darla did say that she and Dru had a threesome with the immortal and I assumed she meant that they pleasured each other also. Or maybe I missed sth because I could only find English subs for the episode.

Oh I don't mind a bit of a ramble at all.

All very good points, and ones I am sure the Angelus/William shippers especially agree with. Also when Spike comes back to find that Angelus has slept with Dru, Dru holds out her arms as if inviting him to join the two of them. While it might be that Angelus is just smirking at getting on over on Spike, I personally think he only did it cos he was Jealous that Spike wanted Dru and not him.

Well Spike/Angel, Spike/Xander and Angel/Xander were in the Major Non canon ships. I was considering doing an other poll later for threesomes but the permitations would be quite long.
