lady_windermereWe have a local co-op, which opens from 8am to 10pm each day. It is a boon for the local people, especially the ones who cannot go too far away. 5 minutes walk from my front door, so if you run out of milk or bread or anything, you always have that shop to go to.
Today I heard that last night some vandals set fire to the shop, and now it is closed until further notice. I went round to see how bad it was. It hasn't been gutted, but enough damage has been done that it needs some work done to it!
I am horrified that they would do this to such a valueable resourse to the local community!
