Brought to you from too little sleep
I had 4 hours sleep last night, if I was lucky. I went to bed after 4 am, tossed and turned, and woke up at 9 am. I am not tired now, so a question?
Why do traditionally dressed, maybe even middle aged (only if you are), straight women write slash?
Ok, on your marks, discuss

Me, I like the dollar bill theory, which I first found on
One dollar bill? Good! Two dollar bills? BETTER!
I feel just the same about dick :)

Now, I don't write slash, but I sure like to read it, if it involves the right characters. There was a time I didn't want to read anything *but* slash (and OK I read gay porn and erotica but same ballpark).
As for why? It was different. Something appealed to me about beautiful men getting it on.
Bad answer, but after I started typing I realized I didn't really have one.

One boy is good, two is even better. Three? Woohoo!
The same with girls. The more the merrier.
Maybe it's because I swing both ways, but I always enjoyed het and femmeslash too. But most stories are boy slash. Not that I'm complaining :)
*kisses and hugs* xxx

1) I can't stand Buffy's character anymore with the boys.
2) Don't really care about real life sex given my history with it (you know what I mean, hopefully), so I write a better version of it using Spangel.
3) The boys are just too great together when you see the foreplay of fighting.
4) There's more but can't rattle them off here.
