Which Episode should I show Ronnie?

I was watching Angel Season One with Ronnie, we had got up to "In The Dark", when we started watching the first season of Supernatural. Anyway I have gone back to Angel, but Ronnie want to see the "Best".

He doesn't like flashbacks, so "The Prodigal" is out, and doesn't want to see the Buffy episodes to get the full Faith story arc. I think this kind of leaves me with these three.

I slept 20 hours in a 48 hour period, and have drank about 3 pints of water. Wonder what is wrong with my body.

David took me for an Indian meal tonight, Buffet. I loved the starters, the main course was good, but the sweets......I had about two mouthfuls and left it!

Sleep and water! I think that sounds good. Very nice and healthy. Your body is just telling you what it needs.

Just seems a lot of water and sleep. Wonder if my body is healing from something. Did have that virus earlier, which made me depressed, so hope it is not back!

Ronnie is usually good company.

I don't remember which number episode it is but The Ring was one I remember well. It was one of the first times they dealt with demons as having rights in any way. (The gladiator styled to the death matches, Angel was kidnapped....Cordy and Wes to the rescue ....realize they just let a bunch of demons loose). While Buffy was still all black and white this one hit on demons as individuals.

It wasn't indian sweets, it was like gritty cheesecake, awful.

The Ring is not one of my favourites, but I will suggest it to Ronnie. I could go off and cook the meal when it is on.
