Comic Vs TV what do you prefer?

I went in feeling strongly that Joss said they are canon, so they are....it is just that I am increasing finding that it is not a canon I accept. I might play with it for a drabble or two, but I prefer where we left everyone post NFA, and, indeed fanfic writen with that storyline.
