The unlikely couple cling to each other during what they think will be their last days on earth, but what happens to the relationship they built when the world doesn't end after all?
My comments: I really got sucked into this one. It's tender, sweet with a bit of angst and humour thrown into the mix

My comment I love this one, I must've read it about four times. It is great. If you remember And Her Lips Were Cherry Red, it is the same author, and so good.

Title: Just So You Know (Beautiful Soul)

Summary: Jensen has been in love with Jared for years. The problem: Jared is his best friend's little brother. The solution: Jensen moves to California and writes songs for popular pop artists. Every song is about Jared. But what happens when Jensen finds himself living with Jared after six years apart? Will the balance he's found fall apart or will he finally get the one thing he's always wanted?
My comments: This one was just really, really sweet (not sickly though)

My comments. I also enjoyed this one.

Title: Neon Showman

Summary: The love story of Jared and Jensen as observed by one Chad Michael Murray. While Jared experiences a journey of self-discovery in which he realizes he's gay, lands a role on Supernatural and falls for his new co-star, Chad names his penis, chairs the Eric Brady fanclub and develops an unhealthy fascination with fraternal incest.
My comments: Hands down my favourite of these three. I was absolutely howling with laughter when I read it. Chad is such a stereotype in most J2 fics and this just takes that and injects a bit of life into it.

Summary: It takes his two best friends getting engaged to make Jared realize what’s missing in his own life, but once he figures it out, he's a man on a mission: find true love or die trying. He’s not asking for much – just the perfect soul mate to spend blissful eternity with – so when a chance meeting drops Jensen into his life (and his lap), it seems like fate. But either Jensen missed that memo or fate seems to have other ideas, because nothing works out the way Jared planned. Based (very) loosely on How I Met Your Mother.
Reason for reading: A charming blend of humour, romance and will-they-won’t-they suspense. It's not necessary to have seen HIMYM to enjoy, but it has the 'feel' of a very good romcon.

Another bunny!

I'm plagued by another bunny! *sigh* Again J2 AU

Jared hear that the woods are haunted in his small town. The childern have been daring each other to go, and come back terrified. He goes to find out what is happening, and finds the ghost of Jensen. Jensen has been murdered and want revenge, and Jared decides to help him. He tracks down the killer, but the killer shoots him in the gut. Jared shoots him in the heart and crawls back to the clearing where Jensen is. They both go forward into the light together.

I know, a bit like The Ghost and Mrs Mure and Ghost....but does anyone want it?
