Pairing Ethan/Giles
Words 228
Ethan sat on the banks of the loch at Inversnaid. Giles was in their room, unpacking. They had decided to get in touch with nature, and take the new walk everyone was talking about, The West Highland Way from Milgavie to Fort William. A break from the brain work at university, and the problems they had.
The problems were their own making that was true. They had both got into a few scrapes with their attitude and bad boy images. It was time to let the situation cool, that Ethan could also replenish his aura and get in tough with the natural balance to strengthen his magic was a bonus.
He watched the water lap on the banks, to his left was a stream and a small waterfall, with a bridge. A pier jutted into the loch where the boat sat which took them from one side of Loch Lomond to the other. He felt at peace and the physical labour of the walk helped.
Giles emerged from the hotel, it was ideal for walkers who had brought enough money to enjoy the occasional basic luxury. He put his arms round Ethan and turned him.
“What are you thinking about?” inquired Giles.
“It’s perfect.” Ethan replied happily.
“I know what would make it better,” Giles turned, “sampling some of those fine Malts.”
They both ran to the bar.
Well I am off to try and do some work, for a change you might say!
