Stop killing Captain Jack off in every single episode, we get it, ok. He cannot die. We got it long ago, this is boring. Just finding ever more gruesome and grisly ways to kill him, there is no tension, we know eventually he will come back, looking just the same. Just stop it!
Yes I know, my usual complaint, but that is just because it has been done so often.
