So I just watched "Nottinghill Gate" on Channel 4 with David. He insisted on watching it. The whole time I was going, yes saw that on "Four Weddings and a Funerel", "Oh here comes the one night stand again, wait for the blow up". But well I liked it.

Don't know where David head is tonight...maybe he is feeling lonely and the female friend he gets on best with is me. Anyway, he started to talk about how he wanted someone in his life......we have never even kissed, just a hug when we leave each other at night. That someone is me it seems, he has been more intimate with his other female "Friends", but no, now that he wants to spend more time with someone it seems it is me he wants. I explained that I would end up ignoring him to be on the computer, but he said he would just read a book. What do I do about him! Really so uninterested.

Might just have been the effects of the film, making him feel romantic. He did bring flowers as well. Having an off day maybe.

The flowers seal it. sorry, but he wants you. the film might make him romantic. Men buy flowers for a good reason only. If he just wanted to bring you something as a friend, it would have been a bottle of cheap wine to sip during the film, or chocolates for the same purpose. Flowers are a statement.

Hmm this is a though situation... I think that if really what you feel for him is only friendship you should just tell him. If he lets it go, if it was only the romantic movie as you said, than all is fine and you can let it slide and forget it.
But if he says it again...you should just tell him you love him only as a friend...

Sorry not much help uh? *hugs you*
