Delighted that some friends took my call yesterday for Drabbles and Five Things. Here they are, hope you like them.

For [livejournal.com profile] wildannuette a little Wesley and Redemption.

Wesley made his way back from Cyvus Vail's house after his memories were restored. The books in his apartment no longer comforted him. He was overwhelmed when he remembered his actions with baby Conner, and the outcome from them. He had taken away Angel's son. Believed a prophecy rather than his friend.

Pouring out a shot of malt, he sat, considering the events since. Was this payback. He had blamed everyone for losing Fred, but was the loss of the woman he loved karma. If so, he could never be redeemed.

For [livejournal.com profile] mygothangel Bad Faith

Faith looked round the luxurious penthouse apartment the Major had given her. Never in her young life had she been given something so beautiful. With all the trappings of wealth, and the toys to play with. Jumping onto the bed, she threw herself back onto the covers, bouncing on the mattress, she knew that The Mayor wouldn't want her to pay for this on her back. No, he wanted her powers. Faith now had something that was in demand, and, for the right people paid well.

She may be a murder, but she was a pampered killer.

For [livejournal.com profile] shinodabear a troublesome Liam in Galway.

Liam woke up, hungover, in bed with a woman. He couldn't remember her name. Then that was never unusual. He crept out the house, putting on his clothes from the previous night, squinting at the early morning light. With a cocky gait, he made his way home. Yes another night spend drinking and whoring his way round Galway. With a smirk he took the road home. Yet again he lived down to every expectation his father had for him. His father might not be proud, but Liam was.

And now a Five Things for [livejournal.com profile] aschicca "5 things Angelus likes about William but never would admit to him".

1) Angelus likes the way William looks at him when he is teaching him the finer arts of being a vampire. The adoration in his gaze makes Angelus walk a little taller.

2) Angelus likes how William can calm Drusilla, finally giving Darla and himself peace from her insane ramblings.

3) Angelus likes to watch William undress, reveling the tightly muscled body concealed under the ill fitting clothes that is so unexpected to anyone else beside the family.

4) Angelus likes William's innocence, and the many opportunities it gives him to show William the debauched under belly of the towns and cities they travel to.

5) Most of all, Angelus loves how William revels in being a vampire, and the joy he has in using all his talents. Such an apt pupil for Angelus' teachings.

Finally the one I was thinking of for myself. Darla after Spike's first Slayer. Thought about by looking at Darla's eyes on the banner [livejournal.com profile] mentalme85 made for me. The one on my journal at present.

Darla watched Spike, such an undignified name, leap over the boxes. Drusilla was looking at him with open admiration and pride. Darla held back her own. The family had a Slayer killer among it's ranks, only twenty years turned, but already on the way to being one of the most legendary vampires to grace the order. She could hold her head up high to have such a notorious group. Others would tremble at their name.

Well that is all, I hope they don't disappoint!

And I adored the troublesome Liam... His father might not be proud, but Liam was. *nods* :)

Also the Darla one was absolutely in character, I liked the way you described her thoughts.

Thank you! *hugs you hard*

Delighted you liked them! They really appealed to the muse, so were good to write as well.

I just had to do the Darla one, it wouldn't leave me alone, so I sneaked it in there at the end!

*Hugs*

I know, Wesley at that time was in a very bad place, and blamed everyone. I could see him quick to blame himself as well. Even if he was totally innocent.

Sorry to make you cry, *hands hanky and shoulder to cry on*

Aww poor Wes. Maybe he should have spoken to the others about his findings but I always thought he did the right thing. I would have taken the baby too.

Loved Angelus' five things he likes about William and also how proud Darla is of Spike, even if she would never admit it.

Great work!

(And just one small note: “She maybe a murder” - should be “She may be a murderer”)

Thank You! That one played on my mind for a while, it was the sly, but slightly admiring look she gives Spike in the banner.

Killer line!

Great drabbles, hon. True to everyone's character. You especially captured Darla nicely in that last one.

Delighted you liked it! Was wondering about being a little staid with it. So long as it worked

I did have fun with the Darla one myself, was just hovering about for a while.
