I have put the phone back on the hook, and another friend Ronny phoned. We would usually have gone out this friday, but he is visiting his sister (doesn't see her often, and that was the only day she had free). So we are going out next Friday.

The weather is lovely and sunny, and getting warmer. If it continues, we can start going for longer walks. We are talking about going to Balloch, maybe walking through the Balloch Castle Country Park. I really like that walk, and at the end we walk past the banks of Loch Lomond, peaceful. Always gives my spirit a lift to walk by there, with the water lapping on the banks

Phoned my comic book supplier today. Buffy issue 2 should be in tomorrow, and I have also asked for the Angel Script Book #2 as well. It has the script for "In the Dark" which I love, and "Not Fade Away", so I couldn't resist. Forgot to pre-order "Spike:Shadow Puppets", but will tomorrow when I check the delivery. Then remember to take the comics when I see Ronny, so we can chat about the artwork.

Other news. Well will just have to get to the bank tomorrow, and sort out some payments, and put in a cheque. I keep putting it off. Have been almost a recluse since November, but so have to just get my act together.

I know most of my flist is Spangel, but if you want a lovely, feelgood, romantic fic, I recomment The Warrior!Verse by [livejournal.com profile] salustra and [livejournal.com profile] petxnd. Spike is a legendary Warrior, who takes a gentle farmer to be his mate. Xander is the gentle farmer, who has problems settling into the new way of life the link is here. The original story is three chapters, then lots of little ficlets. Has a lot of Awww factor, and both Spike and Xander are loveable.

ETA. I have having long delays in getting replies to my post at present. I get replies to comments I have left no problem, but not when someone replies to a post I have made. Maybe delays in replies!

That walk through the Balloch Castle Country Park sounds really lovely, I bet the view is great.

And I'm so happy to have [livejournal.com profile] salustra back! Her new spangel story "With the Tide" is amazing too, but this is not a wonder :)... and she updates once a day! *is happy*

Yeah, it is a lovely walk, especially when the sun is shining!

Wonderful to have [livejournal.com profile] salustra back, I know she suffers from ill health, so good to see her active again!

*hugs*

I wish I could find those. The only ones I found were A Hole In The World(which I want), Spin the Bottle(which I kinda want too), Waiting In The Wings, Five by Five and Smile Time.

Oh they changed the format for the script books. When they first released them they were single episodes. Now they are releasing them as TPB, with five episodes in each set. Smile Time is also in this one, Conviction, and another one I cannot remember.
