Brighton, 1967

open_on_sunday's prompt hunt. Feeling quite pleased with myself, finally produced something. And even have a couple of ideas for the world without Conner seasons 3-5, or world with Dawn, Seasons 1-4. Will write them both down, as see what the muse runs with. It is for the fictathon at writerconuk and Fang Fetish challenge. But still have time to play.
Anyway on to the 100 word drabble. PG 13 as nothing graphic.
It was 1967, and London was the place to be, usually. Not tonight. It was the Bank Holiday Weekend, and all the Mods and Rockers were at Brighton.
Drusilla danced around the room, full of anticipation. By the time Spike was dressed, all the sweet young blood would be out making the moonlight scream a pretty lullaby. Spike, dressed in his Rocker leathers took Dru's hand.
"Ready Princess? They should be just starting to leave the pubs. No better time to pick our prey," Spike hugged Drusilla too him.
"Oh my dark knight, the stars promise such sweet hunting grounds tonight"
Just as I complain that I am so uninspired, I do get something the next day. Guess the muse doesn't like it if I have anything to drink. Oh Well, I am on the waggon to please my muse.
