I am a little fed up with all the initiative stories. It is not a favourite story line, and cannot see why so many use the material....anyway a poll

I've been thinking about this one. I am ususal a very strict canon person. When I read X-Men, Spider-Man or other comics I got ticked when it was ignored. I was fully prepared to accept the Buffy comics as canon. Now? I can't even look at them without hearing "fanfic." With the pointless recons of Warrens' death, and Immortal/Buffy, the way the characters act, etc.

When I started writing my current story I made sure that I never mentioned how long it took place after NFA or any details about who Buffy was dating. I might just ignore the Scoobies altogether in my stories.

At this point I have no interest in reading any stories following the BTVS comics, I might like to see the ATS ones. We'll see how that goes.

Yes, pretty much how I feel! I am hoping they leave Angel and Spike out of it, then I will just have to stick to my OTP. That way I can ignore the Scoobies, and what is happening to them in the comic.

I have more hope with IDW and Brian Lynch. Then it will still be a case of wait and see I guess.
