Me Again, and with another drabble!

Well I tried out my microwaveable steamer for my veg. I didn't try the potatoes, cos I just couldn't believe that they would be ready in 7 mins. Well the veg was ready and tasted wonderful after 7 minutes, so might try the potatoes in future. I was grilling a gammon steak, and of course forgot I had grilled a potato scone on it with cheese on top, don't look at me that way, it tastes great.

Of course now I am full, tired, and hot. Most of today has been quite mild, but of course it is 20:07, and gets hot. I realised it was a strange summer when yesterday, instead of getting some yummy salad food in, I was buying the making for Scotch Broth and Lentil soup!

Anyway on to the drabble, couldn't resist. For the open_on_sunday prompt Camp.

Lorne sipped a sea breeze, and contemplating the mirror. His green skin, red eyes and red horns looked back at him. He always gave these as the reasons for his lack of recognition for his talents.

The type of songs he sang, lounge or gay anthems, belted out with gusto. They suited his voice, and the crowds loved them.

No there was another reason he didn’t fit in with humans or demons. Not that he ran a club with non-aggression spells, and karaoke. No it was his clothes, his speech. There was no getting away from it, he was camp!

Also - I microwave most of my veg and they really do taste very good done that way, don't they?

I know, it just screamed out at me! I did try to resist, but Lorne was too much of a temptation!

Oh the veg was much better in the microwave, especially steamed, keeps all the goodness in!
