Every June, my little burg has a Highland Fest, and there are all sorts of men in kilts. It's lovely... :)

Luss, on the banks of Loch Lomond, has a Highland Gathering every summer, so a few kilts there, but not as many as you would expect

In Dumbarton whe have a piper battle, so yet more kilts!
