Well at present it is only at a U rating, but she says it will go NC17.

In my head it would be a look at hotness and contrast. Ianto with his expensive suits, and Sam with his cut price clothes. Ianto is hurt that Jack has taken up with Gwen, but interested when he meets Sam (Dean is there as well, but he is enabling them to get together and gives Ianto Sam's phone number).
