My sleep patterns have been all over the place. Up when I should be sleeping and just half alive when everyone else is getting on with things. I have also been delaying things and postponing everything I should be doing. Usual indicators that I may be in for a bout of depression.

I hope to keep this under control, and it maybe linked to feeling physically down. If I can get my self back to full fitness then maybe that will help.

How do people with long flists keep up? I only have 85 people and 44 comm on my list, but still seems to take a bit of time to go through. Not complaining I love you all, and am interested in what you are doing. I just dont seem to have the time to leave as many comments as I used to.

I dont even get involved in time consuming Meta debates on the fandom. Or many boards. Oh well!

Thank you, yes you should get an award. Would write a little romantic NC 13 for "The Nightmare Before Christmas", but I am not sure if that is a fav fandom of yours, or should I wait to get "Corpse Bride"?

Depression is a strange animal; I'm chained to one, myself. I take meds at night to help me sleep and keep away the nightmares. Haven't had a good night's sleep since my husband died. I hate sleeping alone, but, as Ennis said in Brokeback Mountain, "If you can't fix it, you gotta stand it."

That is true. I lost my husband in 1990, so I am used to sleeping myself, dont know if I would be able to share my bed now! Depression seems to wait for you to feel low, and strikes like a Cobra

I am hoping it comes to nothing. Maybe just the cold dark nights, little touch of SAD
